Hi Selwyn. While I think there is a good discussion to be had about the value of foreign direct investment generally, headlines like this do you a disservice in my opinion. It is the sort of thing that Winston would say and then defend as not racist on the basis of him having an Asian neighbour. The headline implies that you might be more comfortable with a European landlord than a Chinese one.
