		<description>Some of these people are stuck and discouraged in the rural areas as they are unable to use computers (and have no access) and lack relevant information on how to voice their brilliant ideas........just shows what the main problem is.....educational investment is a generational investment than the usual government spending.....our current education system(NCS) is a wrack of our country`s future..</description>
